Cassandra Medley

Cassandra Medley is an award-winning playwright Cassandra Medley, whose plays have been produced all over the U.S. since 1982. Cassandra adapted the Mrs. Palmer’s Honey, the 1946 novel by St. Louisan Fannie Cook, into a radio drama produced by Bread and Roses Missouri. Mrs. Palmer’s Honey depicts how race, class, and workers’ rights intersected during World War II in the historic Saint Louis Ville Neighborhood.
