Luisa Otero-Prada is a visual artist who serves as Coordinator of the Bread and Roses Youth Initiative. Her medium is acrylic painting, but she also loves collage and mixed media. To Luisa being an artist is a way of life, and she is most passionate about is the recognition of humanity in each other. In her role as Youth Initiatve Coordinator, Luisa has enjoyed how artists of all disciplines and young adults are thrilled and proud to know this program and organization are part of our community.
