Mrs. Palmer’s Honey: A First Reading – Saturday, May 9th

Saturday, May 9th from 6pm – 9pm Central on YouTube

We are excited to preview our next original play as a live  VIRTUAL reading.

Adapted by playwright Cassandra Medley, from the novel by Fannie Cook, the play is a rich depiction of how race, class, and worker’s rights intersected during World War II in the historic Ville Neighborhood in St. Louis.

Directed by Kathryn Bentley, “Mrs. Palmer’s Honey” is scheduled to open in 2021 at the Missouri History Museum. But we’ll bring you behind the scenes (virtually) to watch it develop.
